Agreement
These terms govern access to PushHub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Service use
You may use PushHub only for lawful notification and engagement activity. You must protect credentials, respect platform policies, and avoid abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized messaging.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data submitted to PushHub. You grant us the limited rights required to host, process, transmit, and secure that data to provide the service.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Usage limits and included capabilities are described on the pricing page or in an enterprise agreement.
Availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but previews and early-access capabilities may change. Service commitments beyond these terms must be stated in a written agreement.
